Awareness of the importance of alternative energy

I've been waiting for the emergence of awareness of the importance of Alternative Energy among policy makers in my country. During the period of 6 years studying at the Faculty of Technical and Vocational Surabaya State University finally I decided to explore the design of hydropower plants is almost nothing due to lack of interest in literature on the market and none of teaching staff who have experience in the field of hydro power. Energy is the spirit of building a nation, if a nation runs out of energy then the nation will die construction. My country is rich in both energy sources that can not be replaced or energy sources that can be replaced (Alternative energy). But unfortunately the awareness of the importance of utilizing new energy sources emerge Alternative 1 - 2 years ago. After nearly 15 years I have successfully mastered the science of designing some of the hydro power. What is meant in part because I just go into one of the most important construction of a circuit construction of hydropower plants is Penstock (high-pressure pipes). During 15 years of science, I once buried in the land because it's hard to find a job in that field. Just last month I got an assurance that the province has begun planning stage dozens of mini-hydro development to meet the power electric energy in the remaining areas but in which there is potential to set up a hydroelectric generating small scale. In this sense, the electrical energy produced is only sufficient area 1 to 2 hamlets / village.
I remind you not to planning and supervision during construction submitted to the institutions that do not have the expertise and experience in the field of hydro power project. We know very little of our engineers with expertise and experience in the field of hydro power project. This raised the issue at a later date due to a failure of construction and building safety and negative impacts for surrounding residents.
